Simply search for 'Legion' and choose to install the Legion Expansion. Now they should be able to take SupCom's stupid High-End since they essentially added T3/T4 units into the game. The Legion Expansion is installed from the Community Mods section of Planetary Annihilation TITANS. Well, PA's Highest end always managed to beat out SupCom's High-end before with Orbital.
